01. Handcrafted to Order

Each Waiinuma frame is built specifically for you. We do not maintain a pre-made inventory to ensure that every piece meets our artisanal standards.

Our team carefully selects the wood and integrates the NFC technology manually. Please allow 2 to 3 business days for production before your order is dispatched.

02. Shipping from New Jersey

All products are shipped from our workshop in New Jersey, USA. We utilize premium, secure packaging to protect your investment during transit.

03. Quality Commitment

We take full responsibility for the quality of our craftsmanship. If your frame arrives damaged, we will replace it immediately at no cost to you.

Claim Process:

To verify the condition of the physical item and prevent digital fraud, we require a short video clip showing the damaged product and its original packaging.

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Because each frame is a bespoke creation linked to our registry, products must be returned in original condition and packaging.
